Exception for cancellations in
Winter 2020/2021
- Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival.
- Until 14 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee.
- Until 7 days before arrival 90% cancellation fee.
- Within the last 7 days the total price must be paid.
In case of official border or hotel closings, you can also cancel at short notice free of charge.
In the event that you fall ill with Corona, test positive, or have to be quarantined because of a sick relative, we will put you in
the hotel cancellation plus or Premium of the European travel insurance to the heart, this will take over the costs for it also in this case. Gladly they can book these over us in addition.
