A leap into the cool waters of this experience pool with its wild water rapids, water slides, adventure pools, beach volleyball court and beautiful sunbathing area guarantees fun and action for the whole family. And the best bit: The Steinbergbad is situated close to your accommodation.

Lamprechtshöhle

The longest accessible cave in the world can be found in the small village of St. Martin near Lofer. An incredible natural spectacle, which with its illuminated passages is a real highlight for everyone.

Vorderkaser Gorge

In Lofer’s neighbouring town of St. Martin, the 400 metre-long gorge, accessible via 51 footbridges, 35 staircases and a total of 373 steps is sure to impress young and old explorers alike! Who knows the saying by the gorge ghost? If you are really quiet, over the roar and spray of the water you can sometimes hear the sound “Holt’s mit aussa, holt’s mit aussa!” (“Let me out, let me out!”)

Seisenberg Gorge

This natural monument in Weißbach bei Lofer is 600 metres long and an excellent starting point for nice walks. Nature lovers will find an interesting orchid trail which is a must-see.

Kalchofengut

You can experience a journey into the region as it was several centuries ago in the regional museum Kalchofengut in Unken. History is not only learned here, but also experienced in an impressive way.

Bus trip to the city of Salzburg

Thanks to the Salzburg Saalachtal Card, you can visit the historic city of Salzburg without a car. The bus will take you and your family free of charge to the city of Mozart, where there are endless things to discover.

Ride on the AlmErlebnisBus

Since 1997, the AlmErlebnisBus has been connecting the Salzburg Saalachtal with the Bavarian mountaineering village of Ramsau am Hintersee. Hikers have the opportunity to get to know the neighboring protected area of the Berchtesgaden National Park as well as the Weißbach Nature Park. The stop between Weißbach and Hintersee is also a perfect starting point for hikes to various pastures and places. Almost all locations are barrier-free, which makes it easier to transport prams.
